```Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for my special needs 5 year old child with autism. As a Babysitter/Nanny, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the child, engaging them in age-appropriate activities, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Duties:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for the child
- Engage child in educational and recreational activities
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to the children's care
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children
- Follow parents' instructions regarding routines, discipline, and other guidelines
- Monitor child's behavior and report any concerns or issues to parents

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying children with special needs
- Knowledge of toddler care and preschool-age development
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children

Schedule will be:

Monday to Friday after school from 3:00pm till 7:00pm

Saturdays from 8:30am till 6:30pm.

Sundays as needed
